ARTIST BIOS
###Will Heron
Will Heron is a Dallas-based Artist and Artist Liaison to Meow Wolf Grapevine. As an Artist Liaison, he has played a crucial role in building relationships between Meow Wolf and its local artistic community, organizing events and collaborations that bring together artists, performers, and audiences from across the region.
As an artist, Will's work explores themes of dichotomies in nature, resilience, and growth through a range of media, and his public murals can be found across the DFW metroplex and country. His signature hyper-stylized cacti murals and illustrations reflect his Texan roots and are a testament to his creative ingenuity while fusing southern imagery and shape illusions to create prickly, illustrative, high-contrast compositions.
Will's studio is located in West Dallas in the Tin District, where he helps coordinate the annual Wild West Mural Fest, curating over 60+ large-scale murals by local and national artists for the West Dallas community.
###Leticia Gomez
Leticia Ernestina Gomez is a multimedia artist, based in Corpus Christi, Tx, whose artwork explores ideas of indigeneity, intimacy, social dynamics and cultural belonging. Gomez’s inspirations and techniques range across the disciplines of drawing, painting, collage, and installation art.
Gomez’s practice is complex and vibrant; her artwork often has a dimension of social awareness underlying it, bringing into focus issues of identity, the sacred, and self-compassion. Viewing their drawings and paintings is like peering through a keyhole, and glimpsing a more loving, alternate reality. Gomez often uses strict dualities to organize her compositions – black and white, inside and outside, darkness and lightness, grief and joy.
Yet their work always carries an emotional truth that is revealing, engrossing, and healing.
###Ricky Ayala
Ricky Ayala is an emerging artist specializing in painting and sculpture whose work explores the spiritual subconscious, and the interruption of dreams by reality, encapsulated within painterly surreal landscapes.
Ayala’s artwork has been recognized best in show at Austin College, and has been exhibited in galleries in Irving and Plano, Texas. Ayala has also worked on several internal art projects for Meow Wolf Grapevine.

###**Connor Gray**
Ever since he was a little ragamuffin, Connor Gray has approached life with an eye for a great story. Whether plotting a 40-day trek through Europe, driving a giant hotdog coast-to-coast, or simply managing the portals between dimensions, Connor loves to make every experience memorable and meaningful.
Before helping rip open the fabrics of dimensions in Grapevine and Houston, Connor’s mad-libs resume has included a feat of different adventures. These adventures include driving the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile across the country, showcasing a premiere cowboy art museum in Fort Worth, and celebrating the invention of the tater tot in Oregon.
Now, as the PR Manager for Meow Wolf, Connor brings immersive, mind-bending experiences to life through storytelling that resonates and engages. Each project offers him a chance to showcase creativity and innovation in ways that impact audiences on a profound level: A triple Capricorn and triple threat!
