In this 3 hour workshop, you are invited to explore the power and significance of the 4 elemental forces (earth, fire, water and air) through visualization and collage! During this process you will be guided to explore the flow of elements in your own life and express them artistically, encouraging self-exploration in a contemplative yet playful way!

Collage is a powerful and accessible art form, making this a perfect creative workshop even if you don't consider yourself artistic. You will leave with a finished image that captures your intentions for the future.

This workshop will be facilitated by Anna Louise, a Creative, a Shamanic practitioner, death Doula, a Chi Nei Tsang practitioner and a Quantum energy worker.

She is passionate about creating fun, healing, and insightful experiences through cross pollination of modalities for groups and individuals.
