Pound Rockout Workout brings a fresh twist to group fitness. Using lightly weighted drumsticks, participants move in sync with powerful beats, turning exercise into a high-energy music-driven rock session. It’s a workout that builds stamina, tones muscles, and feels more like a jam session than a routine.

Cardio, Strength, and Rhythm in Perfect Sync

This class is about more than just fun; it’s a full-body workout. Every strike and movement engages multiple muscle groups, blending cardio intensity with core strength. The rhythm keeps participants moving, creating a unique mix of endurance training and stress relief in one dynamic class.

Fitness That Feels Like a Concert

Pound Rockout Workout transforms the studio into a high-energy space. With motivating playlists and guided moves, participants feed off the energy of the group while pushing themselves further. It’s perfect for those who want a workout that leaves them sweating, smiling, and asking for more.
