Psychedelic Breath® is a sober exploration of non-ordinary states of consciousness, accessed through rhythmic breathing and breath retention techniques. It’s a powerful way to tap into your intuition, dive into deep states of meditation, and release mental or energetic blockages. It’s a fully guided experience, driven by the beat of electronic music. Expect beginner-friendly breathwork that delivers an insightful experience for all levels. This 90-minute session will be led by facilitator, Lindsey Lee, who trained with the founder of Psychedelic Breath, Eva Kaczor, in Berlin in May 2024. Lindsey has taught DJ-ed yoga classes for Meow Wolf over the years, and is excited to bring this powerful breathwork experience to the Flexi-verse!
